Returns

We hope you love your items as much as we loved making them. If you are not entirely satisfied, you have 2 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

Return conditions
📦Items unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
🚚Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
🎨Custom items are not refundable.

Shipping

We work with Canada Post and UPS to offer reliable delivery throughout Canada, the United States and Europe. Two options are available.

Standard option
The package may be left at the door. Once delivered, Lunaïa Art cannot be held responsible in case of theft or non-receipt.

Order cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you made an error when selecting a product or wish to modify one, write to us at contact@lunaiaart.ca with your order number and the details of the item to change.
